How the draw stays fair
  1. Sealed first. A random seed is locked and its sha256 fingerprint is published before anyone spins.
  2. Spun live. The winner is sha256(seed + ':' + sorted ids) mod N, where N is the number of entrants.
  3. Check it yourself. The seed is revealed after the spin, so anyone can recompute the result.
