Now Accepting Nonprofit Applications

Your mission belongs
on the blockchain.

Giveback Ventures is opening the protocol to nonprofits and charities worldwide. Get integrated into our on-chain giving infrastructure so that every corporate treasury participating in our protocol can deploy charitable capital directly to your organization, automatically.

Three ways to get involved

Whether you’re new to us or already
designated by a partner.

path 01
Apply Directly

Any registered 501(c)(3) or internationally recognized nonprofit can apply to be integrated into the Giveback Protocol as a verified charitable destination. Once approved, your organization becomes selectable by every institutional partner on our platform when they define where their charitable capital is deployed.

Open to all qualifying 501(c)(3)s
path 02
Nominated by a Corporate Partner

A company setting up a treasury through our protocol may already have existing charitable relationships they want to continue, now on-chain. If a corporate partner has nominated your organization, use this path to complete onboarding. Your organization will be pre-linked to that partner’s giving allocation from day one.

Expedited onboarding for nominated orgs
path 03
Via The Giving Back Fund

The Giving Back Fund is our primary 501(c)(3) governance partner with 25 years of philanthropic infrastructure. Nonprofits already operating within their network are eligible for fast-track integration into the Giveback Protocol. If you’re a GBF partner, indicate this on your application and we’ll coordinate directly.

What this means for your organization: Once integrated, you appear in the directory every institutional partner on Giveback Ventures sees when setting up their giving allocation. The “Your Organization” row above is a placeholder. After onboarding, your real name, cause area, mission description, and verified on-chain record appear exactly here. Corporate partners can select you in seconds and your allocation begins with their next treasury cycle.

What Your Organization Gets

More than a donation.
A stake in the network.

On-Chain Treasury Position

Your organization receives an on-chain $GBACK treasury wallet. Charitable distributions from corporate partners flow directly into this wallet, held in the Giveback ecosystem as a functional currency before any conversion is needed for operations. You spend when you need to, not when the transfer arrives.

Visible on All ESG Dashboards

Every institutional partner using Giveback Ventures sees a curated, searchable list of approved charitable destinations when defining their giving allocation. Your organization appears on that list, filterable by cause, region, and impact category, giving you direct access to corporate capital that is actively looking for somewhere to deploy.

Protocol Upside Participation

Nonprofits holding a $GBACK treasury position participate in network value appreciation. As more corporate partners join the protocol, buy pressure compounds across the network. Your treasury doesn’t just hold value. It grows with the ecosystem you’re now a part of. Nonprofits hold a stake in the network they benefit from.

Verified Impact Reporting

Every distribution your organization receives is recorded immutably on the Solana blockchain. Corporate donors get a publicly verifiable, audit-ready record of every dollar sent to your organization, which means they’re far more likely to give repeatedly, and in larger amounts, than through traditional unverifiable donation channels.

Automatic Inflows: No Solicitation Required

Once integrated, distributions arrive automatically as corporate partners execute transactions through the protocol. You do not need to run a campaign, apply for a grant, or maintain a donor relationship to continue receiving funds. The protocol gives because the businesses give. Your job is your mission, not fundraising.

$GBACK as Functional Currency

Your treasury can hold $GBACK and spend it within the protocol ecosystem, paying vendors, contractors, or other protocol participants who accept it, without needing to immediately convert to fiat. This keeps capital inside the Giveback ecosystem longer, strengthening the network and reducing unnecessary conversion costs for your organization.

How It Works

From corporate treasury
to your organization.

1
A corporate partner establishes a $GBACK treasury
A company onboards through Giveback Ventures and defines their charitable giving allocation: the percentage of their monthly treasury deployment that routes to charitable destinations. They select from approved organizations on the platform, including yours.
2
Business activity triggers automatic distributions
Every time that corporate partner executes a transaction through the protocol (revenue allocations, asset transfers, NFT sales, merchandise), a defined portion is automatically routed through $GBACK and earmarked for their selected charitable destinations. No manual step. No approval required.
3
Funds arrive in your on-chain treasury wallet
Distributions land directly in your organization’s $GBACK wallet on Solana. The transaction is recorded on-chain with a verifiable hash. Your organization, the amount, the timestamp, and the originating corporate partner are all permanently logged and publicly auditable.
4
Hold, spend within the ecosystem, or convert when needed
Your organization holds $GBACK in your treasury. You can spend it within the protocol ecosystem for operational costs, hold it as an appreciating treasury position, or convert to fiat when your operational budget requires it. You control the timing. The protocol never forces a conversion.
5
Your ESG footprint is automatically reported
Corporate partners using the Giveback ESG dashboard see real-time, verified data on every dollar distributed to your organization. This drives repeat giving. Companies with board-level ESG requirements are far more likely to maintain and increase allocations to organizations whose impact is verifiable at any time.

Regulatory & Compliance Guidance

What your organization should
know before applying.

Important Notice: Please Read

Nature of the Protocol: The Giveback Protocol operates on Solana using the $GBACK utility token as its on-chain accounting and distribution layer. Participation by a nonprofit or charitable organization in this protocol involves receiving $GBACK tokens as a vehicle for charitable distributions. The $GBACK token is designed and intended solely as a utility token. It is not offered, marketed, or intended to constitute a security, investment contract, or financial instrument under applicable U.S. federal or state law, including the Securities Act of 1933 or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Not Investment Advice: Nothing on this page or in the Giveback Ventures application process constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to purchase any token or digital asset. Nonprofit organizations considering participation should consult with their own legal counsel and, where applicable, their board of directors before entering into any protocol agreement with Giveback Ventures INC.

501(c)(3) Considerations: Nonprofit organizations receiving $GBACK tokens as part of charitable distributions should evaluate whether holding or converting such tokens is consistent with their organizational purpose, bylaws, and applicable IRS regulations governing tax-exempt entities. Giveback Ventures INC recommends that all applicant organizations seek qualified tax and legal counsel to assess the appropriateness of protocol participation for their specific structure.

Treasury Positions: An on-chain $GBACK treasury position held by a nonprofit organization does not constitute an investment offering, equity stake, or financial instrument issued by Giveback Ventures INC. The value of $GBACK tokens may fluctuate. Nonprofit organizations should evaluate their own risk tolerance and internal policies regarding the holding of digital assets prior to onboarding.

Regulatory Landscape: The regulatory treatment of utility tokens and blockchain-based charitable infrastructure continues to evolve. Giveback Ventures INC monitors applicable SEC guidance, IRS guidance, and relevant state regulations and structures its protocol operations accordingly. By submitting an application, your organization acknowledges awareness of this regulatory context and agrees to operate in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
