The Thesis

Giving was a gesture.
We made it infrastructure.

Two systems, side by side. Only one of them still runs.

The Operating Loop

Four engines, one loop.

Choose a waypoint. Each engine feeds the next.

01

Treasury participation

Companies and funds of any size hold a treasury position that switches the giving mechanism on. Multisig custody, role based approvals, and not a single manual step after setup. The position is the membership.

02

Revenue participation

Entirely optional. Businesses can route a slice of revenue through the protocol, and routed revenue acquires $GBACK on the open market before it works. Participation deepens liquidity and funds more giving, automatically.

03

Transaction funding

Every qualifying transaction on the network carries a micro allocation to charitable distribution. The receipt lands on chain the moment the transaction settles, which means the audit trail writes itself.

04

Charity treasuries

Vetted nonprofits hold treasury positions on the same rails they receive from. They stop living campaign to campaign and start operating like the institutions they serve, which closes the loop.

Who We Serve

Built for every operator.

Not a velvet rope. The rails are the same at four figures or nine.

Boarding Group A

Corporate treasuries & brands

Giving that runs itself and reporting your board can actually read. Set the allocation once, the protocol does the rest.

Boarding Group B

Institutional desks

Hedge funds, private equity and venture, with portfolio level ESG infrastructure and an audit trail that never sleeps.

Boarding Group C

Small & growing businesses

An allocation that fits today and scales when you do. Same rails, same receipts, no minimum pedigree required.

Boarding Group D

Asset owners

Buildings, fleets and land, brought on chain through the same protocol. Registry, title and settlement on Solana instead of a filing cabinet.

Boarding Group E

Nonprofits & foundations

Receive on chain, hold a treasury position, and plan past the next campaign for the first time.

Boarding Group F

Churches & faith communities

Congregational giving on transparent rails, so every member can see exactly where it landed.

The Calculator

Model your giving, not your returns.

Set two dials. Watch a year of impact take shape.

The Rail

$GBACK. The utility underneath.

One token settles access, movement and charitable routing.

A utility token by design and on the record. $GBACK powers access and function inside the protocol. It is not an investment.

From the Ecosystem
The Synectic Codex.

A fine art collection, minted on the same rails.

Each piece in the Codex is a collage of the ideas that built the modern world. Theorems, proofs and formulas layered into a single canvas, from Euler to Einstein, drawn together the way the protocol draws capital and giving into one system.

It is art with a working address. The collection lives on Solana, holders are part of the ecosystem, and its activity routes giving through the protocol like everything else we build.

Why Giveback Ventures

Reasons the capital stays.

01

On chain by default

Every distribution, movement and fee is verifiable on Solana. No trust required, audit from anywhere, at any hour.

02

Automated at the protocol layer

Charitable routing happens in the smart contract, not in a spreadsheet. No staff, no campaigns, no annual reset.

03

Board ready reporting

ESG documentation generated from on chain activity, exportable the day the board asks. No consultants attached.

04

A 25 year governance partner

Charity selection, vetting and tax documentation handled by a national nonprofit partner with 25 years of fiduciary practice.

05

Proof in the field

Housing placed, rides provided, meals served, animals cared for. Weekly, streamed live, receipts you can watch.

06

Real assets, same rails

The tokenization lane runs through the identical protocol, so partners integrate once and use everything.
